The Program Participant's manual (90 pages) is for use in programs for International Students.

Three Parts

Part 1:    What is the ExcelL Intercultural Skills Program?

 

Part 2:    Skills for Success.  This section describes some important standards of group behaviour and provides guidlines about how to give and receive effective feedback.  It outlines nine steps for managing anxiety, and guidlines for learning from others.
